Ivy Centre’ Capital Campaign

The Ivy Centre' Capital Campaign, by definition, is a dedicated undertaking on the part of the Ivy Foundation of Montgomery, Inc. to raise a substantial amount of seed monies across a three-year period (2019 - 2021) for the purpose of property procurement.

Specifically, it is the intent of the Foundation to leverage the capacity of its stakeholders in combination with the vested interest of community partners and committed like-minded individuals to raise funding towards the acquisition of a new base of operations in Montgomery, Alabama for the Foundation and the women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®.

Considering the commitment of the Foundation and its stakeholders to the interest of the community and its citizens since 1989, it is with pride that we give homage to those that invested in our success so many years ago. Those nurturing Alpha Kappa Alpha women of yesteryear were pioneers that laid a foundation of excellence that we will continue to build upon.

The Ivy Centre' Capital Campaign is the mechanism that will launch the basis of an economic development investment by the Ivy Foundation of Montgomery, Inc. and the women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Beta Nu Omega Chapter into the perpetuity of our service to the Montgomery, Alabama community.

The Ivy Centre' Capital Campaign is being implemented in a two-phase major gift giving strategy by the Foundation:

Phase I: Donor development and contributions through stakeholder members of Beta Nu Omega Chapter
Phase II: Public solicitation of donations from the larger pool of community and organizational donors throughout the community. Solicitation of direct pledge campaigns and special fund-raising events will be highlighted during this phase.

Public Donors who wish to support this initiative may mail contributions of any amount to P.O. Box 4172, Montgomery, AL 36104.
Please make checks payable to the Ivy Foundation of Montgomery, Inc. and notate in the memo that it is for the Capital Campaign.
